A guided descent and re-emergence designed to heal the wounds you’ve carried through your life cycle, and awaken the Medicine Woman who lives beneath them.

These archetypes are relevant whatever your age

They are tied to the cycle of life itself — and that cycle lives inside your body, no matter how old you are.

The menstrual cycle mirrors the cycles of the earth, the seasons, the moon cycle - it’s a microcosm of the Great Cycle of life and death that we see repeated everywhere we look across the universe.

• Maiden — spring - follicular phase: rising energy, pre-ovulation, growth, expansion, blossoming, outward energy.

• Creatrix — summer - ovulatory phase: full energy, mother phase, being seen, creating, doing, outward energy.

• Wild Witch — autumn - the luteal phase: falling energy, pre-menstrum, inward energy, lifting the veil

• Wise Crone — winter - menstruation: the void, wisdom, visioning, inward energy.

We move through this cycle over and over again — every month, every relationship, every creative project, every transition, every decade of our lives.

If we are in our 20s, we carry the wounds we inherited from our mother, the witch wound that silences us and keeps us small, the wise woman wound that tells us we can never know true authority.

Even if we are in our 70s, we still feel the reverberations of the betrayals and violations of the Maiden, the distortion of the Mother Wound and the silencing of the Witch Wound and we continue to cycle our energy through these phases.
