Kundalini Shakti Temple SPACE
Gathering, honouring…..
Something extraordinary happens when women gather in circle – some kind of powerful magic.
I’ve seen it time and time again and I still cannot explain it.
Around the Wheel of the Year celebration (Imbolc, Ostara, Beltane, Litha, Lamas, Mabon, Samhain, Yule), I host women’s sacred circle healing ceremonies with my dear friend and colleague Tracey Hill of Rise Rooted.
These sacred ceremonies are powerful healing containers – we work with cacao, breath, movement, sound and sacred circle to create a space where we can rise and transform together.
During these ceremonies we may:
integrate the experience of being born in a female body in a culture container moulded by thousands of years of patriarchy
heal wounds from our own personal trauma
experience ancestral healing
reclaim our wildness
reclaim our witchiness
expand our experience of our sexual energy and sexuality
connect with the power of our moon blood
deepen our connection to the earth and honour her
interupt patriarchal cultural patterns
be seen by other women in the fullness of our beings
connect with one another through the womb matrix
“I have been to so so many ceremonies and I our one last night will stick out in the history of the ceremony for me…Thank you all for such a beautiful and important process.”
“It’s been a liberating experience to share our stories, to dance and breathe together – the images of us in circle, and the fire, the altar, are echoing in my soul – I am barely beginning to grasp the magnitude of this ceremony in my life after a long deep sleep. Thank you all so much”
“Through your lovingly prepared and powerfully led session, I not only reclaimed my menarche, but I also reclaimed my truth and my voice.”
“Absolutely incredible magical energy, thanks for welcoming me in. Thanks for such a safe, beautiful and alchemising space.”
“It was the most amazing powerful night, Thankyou both. Everything was exquisite, the music, the holding, the shares, the cacao, all the feels, the altar…. So beautiful”

Mabon - Wild Woman’s Sacred Rage
Kundalini Shakti Cacao, Dance & Breath Ceremony

@ Tren Crom, Hayle.
(weather dependent – if the rain falls, we may be inside or at a different location)
Mabon
Come celebrate autumn equinox with us as we step from the light half to the dark half of the year.
Mabon is traditionally a time of thanksgiving for the harvest - but it’s hard to feel the gratitude until we have been able to claim our rage.
Wild Woman
Mabon reflects the time in our menstrual cycle and our life cycle when we step into the little celebrated archetype of the WIld Woman.
The Wild Woman is also known as the Maga. She is missing from the well-known “triple goddess” expression of maiden, mother and crone.
The Wild Woman has been domesticated out of existence – like the wolves with whom we once ran.
She is the pre-menstrual woman and the peri-menopausal woman – the one who howls with the wind and weeps with the rain; swims with the seals and sleeps with the bears.
She is the one who won’t be silent or pretty or patient. She is sick of people pleasing and being nice. She’s unpalatable and sometimes, she’s really fucking angry.
Sacred Rage
Girls aren’t supposed to be angry.
We’re taught to swallow our rage — to turn it inward.
To numb it, shrink it, smooth it over, smile through it.
So instead, it leaks out as:
Bitchiness….Passive aggression….nagging…sulking…resentment…irritation…martyrdom…manipulation….
When our pre-menstrual phase comes round and we no longer have the capacity to tolerate all of the bullshit that we are usually expected to navigate:
…the demands…the put-downs…the unrealistic expectations… the snidey remarks and sarcasm…the unfairness…the judgements…the reality of what it means to BE a woman in a toxic, traumatised patriarchy…
And the rage burns and boils until we explode unreasonably at people we love dearly and would never want to hurt or harm.
Then the peri-menopausal phase of our lives comes round, we might find ourselves living in a state of bubbling, simmering rage and not knowing quite what to do with it or if it will ever end.
And maybe we carried this rage through into our post-menopausal years, where it gnaws away at our soul as resentment at the injustices of our lives.
Alchemising.
But what if…..
What if there was a place where we could OWN our rage…where we could move it through our bodies, where we could sound it safely…what if we could channel the power of our rage, alchemise it into something beautiful?
That’s what THIS Mabon celebration is all about.
We are inviting women to come and CLAIM their rage - to move it, to sound it, to dance it to howl it, to be WITNESSED in it.
We are creating a space where your rage is welcomed - where it is sacred - powerful.
Where you cannot be too much and ALL of you is welcome.
Where you can uncover what is so precious that your rage has been protecting.
The Ceremony
We hold our ceremonies as sacred spaces — with prayer, an altar, and a deep intention to honour the land we gather upon.
We’ll drink cacao together to open our hearts and soften our edges. We use breathwork and movement to get us out of our heads and connect with our bodies — dancing with silent disco-style headphones if we’re in an outdoor space.
This is a sacred women’s circle, where every woman is warmly welcomed — exactly as she is.
Grief, rage, ecstasy, numbness, joy — all are honoured here.
Everything we offer is an invitation.
You’re not required to speak in circle, to dance, or to share in any particular way.
We invite you to be a queen — sovereign over your own experience.
These ceremonies can be potent.
For some, rage arises. For others, grief, tenderness, confusion, wild joy.
Sometimes it’s blissful. Sometimes it’s uncomfortable.
Often it’s both.
There’s no right way to be here.
The more we allow ourselves to feel, the more fully we step into who we truly are.
You will always be held in safety and love, and rooted in your own sovereignty.
You are free to move, breathe, cry, howl… or to sit quietly by the fire.
As this is a public place, we cannot guarantee complete privacy — although often we have the space to ourselves. The silent disco headphones allow us to drop deep into our own worlds, regardless of what’s around us.
You are free to go as deep or as gently as you choose.
As with all our ceremonies, clothing is optional — and there is never any pressure to undress.
Some women feel most free dancing naked or semi-naked; others remain clothed. There is always a beautiful mix, and every choice is honoured.

This ancient Neolithic site in West Cornwall, is on top of a hill outside Hayle. With views of the ocean and the land, this is the perfect place to connect with the wild - there’s also a sacred well on the site to hold our grief and prayers.
