The season of the witch
The Witch Wound is the ancient, embodied fear of what might happen if you are fully yourself.
It comes from the shame, silencing, and punishment that came when women dared to be powerful, sexual, intuitive, or untamed.
It taught us to be “good girls” instead of wild ones: to hide our magic, to mistrust our instinct, and to dampen down our sexuality because if we didn’t, we would be killed.
The Wild Woman is the one who lives beneath that wound.
She hides in the silent rage that leaks out in bitchy comments, she lurks behind painted smile when he tells you how low maintenance you are.
When you say “yes” but you mean “no” she seethes with resentment.
She makes herself known in your pre-menstrual phase, in your perimenopause, when you just can’t fucking tolerate their bullshit anymore.
She’s there in the yearning you feel to burn EVERYTHING to the ground and walk away into the forest
To heal the Witch Wound is to let the Wild Woman rise again.
It is to remember that your body is sovereign, your voice is truth, your sexuality is sacred, and your intuition is powerful. It is to tear off the mask of conformity and stand, once more, as the witch, the oracle, the earth-born wild woman you have always been.

This is no ordinary container...
Tracey and Kate are offering this unique shamanic portal & medicine ceremony held both online and in person that follows this format:
1. Two and a half weeks of inquiry and preparation for ceremony (online).
2. Sacred Medicine Ceremony - either in-person in Cornwall with us, or a self-held Medicine Walk
3. A week and a half of integration (online).
This October/November over the Samhain Portal, we are holding a unique container to remember our WILDNESS, our RAGE, our RAW and PRIMAL soul, so that our SEXUAL ENERGY and LIFE FORCE can flow through through our BODY and we can reclaim our POWER.
This is the MAGA archetype AKA the WITCH, the WILD WOMAN - the pre-menstrual woman, the powerhouse that lives inside all of us and is the disallowed and forgotten archetype missing from the Maiden, Mother, Crone trifecta.
We will be focusing on reclaiming our voice, connecting to the earth, our sacred rage, our grief, our boundaries, letting go of the GOOD GIRL, claiming our NO, taking of the mask, falling in love with our GORGEOUS and BEAUTIFUL bodies, finding our magic, our witchines and tuning into our intuition and inner knowing, communing with the dead and receiving support from the ancestors.
We will be reclaiming the power of our menstrual blood (whether you are bleeding or not), using our womb as an oracle (or the energy of the womb if you no longer have the physical structure), making magic with our yoni in deep dearmouring practices.
The Yoni Wild Witch Portal is a living, breathing container — a remembering, not a curriculum.
You won’t be asked to perform your healing.
You’ll be invited to feel it, move it, sound it, live it.
You don’t have to “finish” one thing before starting the next. The work will land when it lands. Some pieces may activate you immediately. Others may stir something deep and bloom weeks or months later. That’s the magic.
This is not about being good at being wild.
It’s about stripping back the layers that told you not to be.
We do this work together, held in a group container - we have a total of three live zoom calls, a telegram group and an online portal where we will put all of the practices that we will be suggesting for you to follow.
The container is grounded in safety because we cannot find our wildness until we can feel safe enough to do so - after all, fear was why we lost touch with it.
There will be resourcing, movement, breath, sound, inquiry, yoni massage, ritual and magic.
Whether you are doing the self-guided ceremony or the in-person ceremony, we will share the same group and support one another on the journey.
SAMHAIN
The autumn season corresponds with the time of our Maga - our inner magician or witch - Samhain is a liminal time where the veils between the worlds thin which is why our ancestors held their feasts for the dead at this time.
It is so powerful to align our ceremonies with the part of the solar or lunar cycle that they correspond with – this is witchcraft – doing the right thing at the right time AMPLIFIES the energy and brings an acceleration of change.

Our sacred prayer ceremony is the focal point of this container - it is a 24 hour ceremony held in-person with Kate and Tracey in Cornwall, guided by earth medicine. These ceremonies are powerful. We are experienced practioners dedicated to holding a safe, integral space. We put a lot of time and effort into creating a safe enough space and we are told time and time again by the people who come to us that this is part of the medicine they received. If you are not sure if this is suitable for you, please contact us.
medicine walk
For those unable to attend the in-person ceremony for any reason but still wishing to complete the container, we offer the option of a self-held Medicine Walk on the day that we do the in-person ceremony. This medicine walk is an intentional walk that you undertake on the land where you live (or you might choose to travel somewhere for it) - over a set period of time (this particular medicine walk we are suggesting be done at least partially if not wholly, in the dark if you feel able). It’s like a walking meditation and allows you to go deeply into yourself and receive the teachings from the land - the medicine does not come from anything that you ingest, it comes from the earth herself.

Who is this for?
This container is for anyone with a vulva aged over 21.
We welcome post-menopausal women. It is never too late to do this work and the wisdom of your witching years or crone years will be so welcome and treasured in our circle.
Women who no longer have a womb (or any part of their sexual and reproductive anatomy) are warmly welcomed into our circle and this work will do so much to heal any of the trauma around the loss of your anatomy and you may learn how to deepen into connection with the energy of your womb which will still be active.
If you have severe trauma/ abuse - sexual or otherwise - THAT YOU HAVE NOT DONE ANY WORK WITH – this container might not be suitable for you. Please contact us if you aren’t sure.
Our spaces are clothes optional – we encourage sovereignty and choice around this so you definitely do not have to take your clothes off at any point – and often there is a liberation in this for women who have been body shamed for so many years – we therefore advocate CHOICE around this. People may or may not take their clothes off, but if other women being naked is a trigger for you, this space won’t be suitable for you.
There are certain pre-existing conditions and medications that are contra-indicated for this work – we will speak with you when you book to ensure that you will be safe doing the work.
Safety is absolutely paramount for us. No space can be 100% safe but we work with the principle of creating a “safe-enough” space – we welcome all ethnicities, sexual orientations and gender identities – if you have a vulva, you are welcome. If you do not have a vulva and identify as female, we fully celebrate you, and this retreat will not be suitable for you because we drop very deeply into our sexual and reproductive anatomy and the experiences of having a womb and a vulva in our culture.
You will need to open a Telegram account for the container if you don’t already have one.
We are trauma informed, highly trained and very experienced facilitators who are dedicated to our work. We hold a strong and powerful space, with a high ratio of space-holders to participants. If you have any special needs you wish to discuss with us before booking to check that the retreat will be suitable for you, please ask.

Yoni wild witch portal: online only version
Due to popular demand, we have created an online only version of this container for women who are unable to attend the live ceremony in Cornwall for any reason.
If you’ve been thinking about coming to one of our deeper ceremonies but don’t quite feel ready, this container is for you.
If you live far away and would love to come and work with us but can’t make it to Cornwall, this container is for you.
If you’ve worked with us before and want to walk the full wheel - maiden, mother, maga/witch, crone but can’t make it down for the in-person ceremony - this container is for you.
MEDICINE WALK
It is a month of practices and enquiry, that will lead you to a solo, self-guided ceremony: a Medicine Walk, which will allow you to process and integrate all that arises through the container.
A Medicine Walk is a Sacred Ceremony that is done solo.
It means carving out a time (we suggest midday to midnight so that you can receive the medicine of the darkness) and walking with your prayer and intention on the land.
There is no medicine ingested for this ceremony - and the medicine also comes from the land that you walk on and your intention.
These journeys are profound and can be done wherever you choose to do them. Having been immersed in the deep inquiries and practices of this container, the medicine walk will support you to process all that is moving in you.
The medicine walk will be made even more powerful because we will all be part of the same container and the same womb matrix, so those of you who cannot come to ceremony will still be benefitting from the wisdom of the Elders who guide our ceremony – and your own solo medicine walks will feed into the in-person ceremony

You will be sleeping all together in the roundhouse after the ceremony.
We are only together for 1 night and the bond of the sisterhood will be strengthened by all participants sleeping in the roundhouse together.

ABOUT THE FACILITATORS

I have lived in Cornwall since 2012, a long story but essentially I had a life changing experience which led me to make significant changes in my life that were in alignment with the truth of who I am.
When I moved to these lands I felt that I had returned home, that I belonged. Something I had not experienced before. My prayer was to deepen into a life which held more spiritual meaning.
I was able to be on these lands and listen to what these lands were wanting from me. How could I be of service to these lands and community?
I feel that I have followed the gossamer threads that have brought me closer to my true self and what I’m here to offer; to support others to come home to themselves so they can live a full and rich life.
I am now in my 51st year, in my own rites of passage with Menopause, and feel more alive with passion for my purpose.
Since moving to Cornwall in 2012 I have worked with people in a therapeutic, experiential, and shamanic way. My training includes psychotherapy, breathwork facilitation, Non violent Communication, Compassionate Inquiry (Gabor Mate), plant intimacy, shamanic shadow work and space holding, Shamanic Integration, and group work especially with women and Inner child healing.
I have a wide range of experience that I weave together to support people with their life transitions, challenges, releasing past trauma, and Rites of Passage. Bringing all of my experiences and training to supporting people continues to be a rich experience for me.
I have been holding Sacred Prayer Circles with our Elders since 2021.
Being in Sacred ceremony fills me with joy and Awe of the wisdom of Great Spirit. The world makes more sense to me as i watch my own and others conditioning and constructs just melt away. Holding space with compassionate presence and in prayer is an important part of my work here on these lands.
Working with these Elders opens us up more and more to the potential of healing within our bodies so we can feel ‘safe enough’ to drop into a healing and transformative space. We can also connect more deeply with our Ancestral lineage when in sacred space with these Elders, so we can cultivate a relationship with our Ancestors and call on them to support us in our healing and the Earths healing.
We have witnessed profound changes in people who come to our Sacred Prayer Circles as they continue to live their life in beauty, being more and more connected to their authentic true selves. I am full in my heart with the potency of this offering. to come together in this way at this time is what we are needing. Kate Moo
I have been tapping into womb wisdom for the past 14 years – first in my own unfolding journey and then since 2016, I have worked directly with women’s bodies and the female pelvic bowl in what began as a tantric bodywork for women and evolved over time. I have been holding ceremonies and workshops for women since 2018.
I am trauma-informed in my space-holding and I continue to undergo professional trainings year on year to expand my knowledge and understanding of my crafts.
I am passionate about restoring honour and dignity to the female sexual and reproductive organs – my path in this lifetime is to help humanity to remember that the place that life comes from in a woman’s body – the CUNT, the WOMB, the VAGINA, the YONI, the PUSSY… is SACRED and that SEX and SEXUAL ENERGY are sacred.
I see ritual and ceremonial space as being potent portals through which we can bring about lasting change, receive wisdom, come more self-realised, create connection and tap into the vast and limitless power of the unconscious mind.
Tracey and I have been holding powerful ceremonies together for the past few years and have known one another and walked our path of growth together since 2018. There is a very special alchemy between us which anyone who has been to our ceremonies will tell you.
When we hold space together, it’s fucking solid.
It is joyous and fun, grounded and safe whilst enabling women to open the portals to spirit and touch parts of themselves that they have not been able to before.
We’ve done so many ceremonies together, both alone and with others, and when we prepare for these ceremonies, we do it with dedication, love, precision and care that absolutely shows in the magic we create.
We both bring our different skills and energy and wisdom to the space which compliment one another and is alchemised into something that could not exist without both of us there.
